Has anyone used the PIA (VPN) install script?

Has anyone used the PIA (VPN) install script?

#1 Post by TJK »

I know that there is a Gpptp.pet and tutorial to set up Private Internet Access (PIA). And I have installed it about a year ago on 5.2.8. But that instalation lacks a lot. (You can't save username/password, and you can only install a ltd # of VPNs, and you have to run a terminal command each time).

So, I was wondering if anyone had tried (and succeeded) to use the linux script (that is on the PIA site) for an alternative way to install PIA? And if so, could you share your experience? For me, the script throws an error at downloading the pia source (a wget certification error) I installed ca-certificate, but still have problems... Ideally it would be great if it could be installed under spot. I am using Tahr64.
