Puppy CD won't boot: "cannot find File /userX11R6/bin/x

#1 Post by Haze »

Hello

I just tried to boot a Puppy live CD I burnt but the possess failed. I went true the entire possess and got a message saying it could not find File /userX11R6/bin/x. Then another one under that saying It could not find X (Sorry if thats vague).

Does anyone have any advice?

Does it work on another computer? If not I would suspect you have a bad burn.

Well I have only tested it on my PC so I would not know. Might the problem be the fact its burned to a DVDRW?

I thought I should add I also tried to boot a live CD version of grafpup and got the same thing.
