The name of this font: Sniglet-Regular
Character set: At least a full featured latin characterset - as far as I know

Character set: Should feature a klingon characterset - as far as I know
Remark: Unfortunately I have no idea on which kind of license structure this font is based on. But it seems to be that it's no payware and no shareware.

The file attached to this posting could be a little bit helpful perhaps, either in case of using
