PupShutdown - Localisation en français

The next release of PupShutdown includes a modified format that is friendly to localisation (zigbert method). I welcome your translations for any locales such as Fr, De and Es.

I have attached the standard 'en_US:english' file for reference.

Also, please find the preliminary 'fr:french' translation file (which requires corrections and additional translation).
