I need to upgrade the kernel in Wary to 2.6.38 to give it support for the AMD Fusion platform.

Is this possible? Is there a howto on doing it?

Any pointers on the best way of tackling this?

I think Billtoo did that. He changed the kernel to 2.6.38.4. Ask him or pm him how did it go. I think he just used woof to build Wary with new kernel.

I downloaded pemasu's 2.6.38.4 pet and when woof was doing the download
packages step I watched which directory the kernel pets where going
into and I put pemasu's kernel pet in there.
When woof got to the choose kernel step pemasu's kernel pet was one of
the choices.
