QElectroTech is a Qt4 application to design electric diagrams. It uses XML files for elements and diagrams, and includes both a diagram editor and an element editor. The 0.2 version brings the concept of project file. Each .qet file now contains 0 to n electric diagrams and embeds an elements collection, so that the .qet file does not depend of any other file. This version also includes many improvements both in the element editor and in the diagram editor.
