Hardware acceleration with VIA CLE266 Chipset

VIA EPIA-M 9000 Mainboard with VIA C3 Ezra 933 MHz and VIA CLE266 Chipset. 1 GB RAM. I tried several Puppies, they work but Videos are very very chunky. Some 3 frames per second...
Is there a Puplet than can manage hardware acceleration with this chipset? Windoze can, but that’s a no go.
