Kde 3.5 sfs for Lucid

Kde 3.5 sfs for Lucid

Hi to all puppy lovers and programmers :)

If can anyone put some sfs for KDE 3.5 for lucid. Some stable sfs version please.
I consider KDE 4 not so stable... Allways is giving me a headache.

KDE Trinity is stable, however, you need to also install PupShutdown for it to close properly.

KDE-3.55_mini_xxx.sfs has k3b, konqueror, kate and a couple of other small things.
I have been using it for years.
Search the forum for it.
Change the xxx to 520 or whatever puppy u r using.

Nobody said it was available for Lucid.

To save you wearing out your keyboard I put
kde 355 mini sfs into Go-ogle and got this

Rather than give you a link to the file I suggest you read what's in that thread to understand what it's about,
grab the file, and then do what I said about changong the 3 version digits.

I don't need kde 3.5 for puppy 2.14
I have kde 3.5 for puppy 4 but it is quite old, I'd like something newer. Anyone ? Thanx!

KDE 3.5.5 is 2006. Only.
There is no later version of 3.5.5.
It will run on Lucid.

is it possible to post a current link to the mentioned kde mini sfs?
As suggested I read the original thread, but it is ancient (2007) and all the download links are broken.

Emil, I do not have the extra apps for the link Jim posted, but I have the basic Trinity, the libs and the installer on my other computer. I will upload them when I'm the only one on the network, as my internet slows down to half the speed of smell when I upload anything over one meg; but if you want. I don't want to slow my net down for no reason haha.
I did not test this on a recent Lucid though. Only 4.3.1.. I *think* I tried it on Lucid 2.5.1. but I cannot guarantee this; if I did, it ran flawlessly as the only reason I gave up KDE was for Xfce.

If it is the link is the one Adagio posted, I don't have this. I'm sorry.
