How to change boot resolution on Lucid Puppy 5.2.8?

Hello ! Im new here and i want to try Lucid Puppy 5.2.8 I made an boot USB stick. It will boot and some text is there with green "doing" at the end. Then my Flat Screen switch of. This is a save switch, the resolution or the frequenz is to high for the screen. In the boot options on F2 or F3 i dont find anything to set the resolution on boot. How can i set a lower resolution an frequenz ? My english is not so good, please write in easy words 
Can anyone help me ? EDIT: Is there a other problem ? No one can help ? |

Hello NewPuppyUser, Welcome to the kennels! I think the problem is when Puppy starts xwin (the GUI) At the boot options type
this will stop xwin loading and you will get the # prompt instead. at this prompt type
this will let you choose the video settings, after going though the settings type
this will start xwin (the GUI) in the chosen video settings.
