you need to line up the print head ,HP give you this programe on the C/D for XPsp2$$$$$$. what i want to know is where is the correction stored, in the printer or in the print driver for XP. the only way I can test is to print the same photo in colour in Xp and puppy . Any one with a HP Know ?????????.
P.S. this because HP give you a new print head in each cartridge.
