I seem to recall that forum member rufwoof posted about getting openshot working on various puppies - mostly Slacko if I remember correctly.

Are you looking for 32bit or 64bit? (wasn't sure if your mention of 64bit was suggesting that only 64bit is available from that link)

EDIT:
- Rufwoof's Openshot offerings (as well as other stuff) are here:

- 666philb has an openshot for Precise here:

- labbe5 and mikeslr posted re a newer openshot here:

I have used it a bit. It took me a while to figure out a work around for video off my camera. The raw video causes an immediate crash, which obviously is no good. I figured out (after an embarrassingly long time) that if I convert the video first then openshot works ok with it.

I don't think you'll ever make a Hollywood blockbuster with it, but it is good for basic stuff.

Yes, I run 32-bit Slacko 5.7 (frugal) and 32-bit Slacko 6.3 (full). The above link to Rufwoof's offerings is empty, non-functional.

EDIT: Link to Rufwoof's offerings now working. Thanks

There is a static build of cinelerra-5.0, don't open it in a browser it will fill the page, use a downloader then create a folder, name it cinelerra and extract it there, cd to the folder then run cinelerra, I have it working in X-Tahr 2.0 which is built from tahr 6.0.5 http://cinelerra.org/2015/downloads/cin ... static.txz
