in pidefview and pdfeditor
(now i m in macpup528 - but the same problem i face in previus puppy also)
should I need to install original adobe reader? it will work for that?

pdfvew -I do not sucseed to select part of the text, simply clicking and drag the cursor on the text, does not select it. also click at the beghinnig and shift click at the end of the selected area, does not work.

pdfedit - save ounly an an immage of selectet text area. ctr-c and ctr-v to a text editor does not copy.

Is some of you have a solution for thath?

I'm using Foxit Reader, and it works (selected text goes to the clipboard, ready to be pasted).
You should check it out.

Well, this is not quiet right - with Pdfedit you are able to save the whole document as a text file - simply select file --> save as text within the main menu of Pdfedit.

Hope that helps.

Cheers

With Zathura you drag across the text, then
middle mouse click in a text editor like geany.
