I am using slacko 5.3.1
I can not print a jpg image in mtpaint -- png and pam formats print ok.
gpklp is installed. Abiword prints the jpeg images ok.
Doing some research and read where gtklp may not be accessing current libraries.
How do I determine if the libraries that gtklp is using are current and how do i get them installed.
I did install gtklp-1.2.5 pet before I read that slacko came with gtklp -- is it possible that the pet package downgraded what was already available???
mtPaint will not print jpeg; jpg images (SOLVED)

Slacko 5.3 users of mtpaint who are having problems printing to jpeg will find a specific comment about configuring mtpaint here:

(have to replace the kprinter selection with gtk1p).
Apparently you must not install the gtklp pet - it is already in Slacko - you just have to change the kprinter thingy.
