Why did 1.0.3 go back to older kernel?
Hi,
Am (very) new to puppy. Am a refugee from feather/dsl.
First impressions are that this is a great distro - wish I had found it earlier.
Please accept my apologies if the question below is answered elsewhere - I did try and find an answer.
Why was the kernel changed back to 2.4 for version 1.0.3?
The main reason for my question is that the wireless adapter in my laptop (Intel IPW2200) is supported under the 2.6 kernel but (very) tricky to get working under the 2.4 kernel.
