Saluki in Toshiba Satellite L655: no sound

I have being using 014 in 4 different machines =Inspiron 1100, Optiplex gx270, and a Gateway....Saluki is working without any glicht in these machines. The fourth one is a Toshiba Satellite L655 laptop fairly new machine . Sound card is not recognized in this machine ....everything else works as it supposed to work. “Hard Info” shows the card as “Audio Device Intel Corporation 5 Series/3400 Chipset High Definition Audio”. @Jemimah: any ideas how to solve this? What a superb “distro” You have created. Thanks!. |
