mobile phone as a wifi modem

Bonjour à tous,
I can not connect to Internet using a mobile phone, Samsung Galaxy 2, as a Wifi modem, on HP Pavilion ze4400.
I see the network, I saved it and I load it without problem, the search for the IP by DHCP is done perfectly, but I did not have Internet access.
But unfortunately, I do not have this problem with Windows XP. This is sad. Could we fix this: I would have preferred to use Puppy on this laptop...
