Meld 1.6.0 dot-pet

#1 Post by TheAsterisk! »

Project Website

I've made a dot-pet for this program, and I've tested it on Slacko-531. It should also work on other Puppy versions provided you can get Python installed and working. (Definitely works for text files, but I haven't tried comparing directories.)

Package:
meld-1.6.0.pet
mirror: meld-1.6.0.pet
md5sum.txt
mirror: md5sum.txt

Package size is 704.68 KB.

Dependencies (for Slacko-531):
python_plus-2.6.6-i486-s.pet
(This package is also in the package manager in Slacko-531, but you may have to search for "python" to find it.)

Package size is about 21 MB.

I must say, meld's ability to click on the arrow things to copy a section from one file to the other is great. I wonder which other diff guis have the same feature...
Do you know a good gtkdialog program? Please post a link here

Updated from version 1.5.2 to 1.5.3.

@disciple: This is actually the first GUI diff tool I've used more than once, so I'm not really sure.
