In my quest to get fit here is Simple HIIT a Yad GUI for HIIT / Tabata interval training.

What it does:
Plays audio/music when you should be working out then pauses when resting - cycles for x number of intervals - Audio beep to start training and to end training.
Requires Yad - only tested on Dpup Exprimo.
