I don't have an rpm at hand, I cant vouch for it but busybox has a rpm applet which seems to claim an ability to unpack RPM packages. In a terminal window type:
7zip (and maybe other archivers as well) can unpack RPM files if you have 7zip on your system.

Try
(it should work to click on rpms but the mimetypes are not set up right on some puppy versions).
If that doesn't work - get a deb instead, or get someone to make a pet for you.

Hi Arun01
If I get a minute I will see if I can download a RPM myself and try and duplicate the error. My initial speculation is that maybe you are running a retro system with out of date libzip libraries?
You can try jemimah's suggestion and see if that helps , also try "busybox rpm -i ksh.rpm" rather than hust "rpm -i ksh.rpm" and see if that makes a difference. The few times I have downloaded a RPM I have used 7zip to unpack it, rpm *should* work according to this post,
