I use Puppy 525 without pupsave file. When I set the alsa parameters and burn a new CD, the settings are still the same one, as before. My question is, in which files are stored my new settings, so ill be able to save my parameters to CD?

Check out the files in /usr/share/alsa folder and /etc/asound.conf and /etc/asound.state files.

Another way is to do a remastered copy with all custom settings you need. Here you will find information how to do it:
