don't run, how i install?

I install the 2 pets and don't run, the message terminal:
sh-4.1# liferea
/usr/bin/liferea-bin: error while loading shared libraries: libgnutls.so.28: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
I think something wrong I do (in lucid puppy 528.5). How I install?. Thanks.
