Read your post and remembered I made a Kazehakase 0.5.4 pet before, sometime in the distant past. Booted up a Puppy 431 cd live pfix=ram and it works. Posting from it now.I can upload it..... it's small so it shouldn't take very long.

Why do people use Kazehakase?

What's so good about it?

test it on 431jp2012
looks like 431jp2012 is missing shared libraries.

libgcrypt.so.11
libgnutls.so.26
libgpg-error.so.0
libtasn1.so.3
libxcd-xlib.so.0
libxcb.so.1
PPM said they are not missing but not in the library search path?

Code: Select all

File /usr/lib/kazehakase/libkazehakase.so.0.1.0 has these missing library files:
 libgnutls.so.26 libgcrypt.so.11 libgpg-error.so.0 libxcb-xlib.so.0 libxcb.so.1
File /usr/lib/kazehakase/libgcrypt.so.11.2.3 has these missing library files:
 libgpg-error.so.0
File /usr/lib/kazehakase/libgnutls.so.26.1.3 has these missing library files:
 libtasn1.so.3 libgcrypt.so.11 libgpg-error.so.0
File /usr/lib/kazehakase/libxcb-xlib.so.0.0.0 has these missing library files:
 libxcb.so.1
plus xprop - unrelated to kazehakase.

How did you get Kazehakase to work? I had exactly the same error messages, used the same .pet but it will not run in Puppy 4.3.1.

Any advice?
