Broken link on puppylinux.org page

The "about RacyPuppy 5.3" link at the bottom of this page is broken:

http://puppylinux.org/main/Long-Term-Su ... yPuppy.htm

It produces a 403-Forbidden error when I try to access it with Waterfox on a Windows 7x64 PC
