Best setup for Python development in Saluki

Hi all,
Thanks a lot for such a great puppy. I'm a returning puppy user, and it's amazing to see how much puppy has matured in a year!
Saluki is great, and I have trouble feeling any difference from other 'Bigshot' distros.
I'm developing a python-qt desktop application, and would like to continue my project in Saluki. I need Python with pyqt, and qtsql, Qt 4.8, git, and if possible Ninja IDE (its a small, fully featured python ide)
What is the best way to do that? Please forgive my noobness.
