I currently use Trinitydog, but i have an interest in LXDE (Light X Desktop Environment).
Now i use LXDE in place of Trinity.
apt install lxde
At installation time, you have to choose between lightDM or TDM, you can't have both. Choose lightDM.
Reboot.
Then enter your username and password. Welcome to LXDE.
You could have a full-blown LXDE :
apt install task-lxde-desktop
LXDE
Window managers, icon programs, widgets, etc.
