Wine and Teamviewer |
|
I have installed Teamviewer, it is possible that this install is interfering with the function of Wine that i install separately? The Wine does not start.

Its possible if they have shared libraries or directories.
What format package is teamviewer,
what happens if you run wine from the terminal_

I just tested the portable team viewer available at portableapps.com under wine in Slacko 533. Appears to work.
The advantage to the portable apps is that one does not to mess with the registry.
Good Luck,

Glad it worked for you. I regard Puppy on a bootable USB with a selection of portables the way to go. I do not leave the premises without my USB drive loaded for bear.
