Sorry for the crappy subject title. Here's my question / situation;
GNUGuitarINUX runs fine from the live cd but it has no install to hard drive option like puppy linux does. It also has no save file system for a frugal install.
I've heard of a program called Dynebolic that makes a nest file for debian, I could try that.
Some years ago I got around this problem by installing Squeeze first and then copied all the packages from the guitar program into it. Amazingly that is still working today, but I'm here for suggestions to make this as easy as possible.
Thanks for any replies.
install from liveCD without utility
