I have not tested this but there is a version of Fedora
that rename itself as IprediaOS and uses these things
to be "anonynous". Does that really work?

6 different iso to download.
http://www.i2p2.de/how_intro.html
http://www.ipredia.org/

download using the link they have. I guess it works best
if one use a full install but maybe the live give an indication
on what to expect.

I am a pessimist. If these kind of things really give
one anonymity then that will get regulated to be illegal
rather soon within a few years so does it really help?

I will not test it I doubt that Fedora allow frugal boot.

It uses the I2P service ... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I2P

which is like TOR ... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tor_%28anonymity_network%29

[so it's probably going to be slow ]
