Hi -
after I have downloaded and installed Simple Scan I can't start ppm anymore.
I do like to delete Simple Scan 'cause is doesn't work with my scanner.

At one time the error message says something similar as "can't access remote server"
check you internet connection.
seamonkey was up and running. Tried Firefox as well - no change.
Any suggeestion ?

Wo hast denn PupScan her ? (Version) . Bei mir wollte das auch nicht laufen . Weiss ich jezt gar nicht mehr wo sich das hin installiert und wie der cl Name ist .

Nutze xsane obwohl das auch manchmal haengt .

Schaute gerade in /usr/share/applications .desktop :

Exec=/usr/local/peasyscan/peasyscan
