What happens when you run 'Multiple Sound card Wizard' ?
Well it worked with it !
ASLA wizard and Multiple Sound card, ought to be re-grouped in a Sound Management Wizard.
Code: Select all
according to this thread HDMI audio may be set as default.

Well, I haven't tested it, but plugin HDMI ought be a plug & play, such as with Linux Mint.
Thanks

that's not a bad idea. also maybe should be called multiple sound 'device' wizard, this covers your case as well as people with more than one card.

Thanks.
I have not the knowledge to do it, if you can...
I also made another suggestion regarding PPM
I suggest that the confirmation buttons, such as for trim are placed at the top of the screen and not down.
Indeed when there is a long list, the buttons are out of screen, and it's only by KNOWING how many tabs and then hitting enter, that it works.

i might be able to do, not sure who currently (if anyone) maintains those scripts. I've reported it in the development thread for the next community release (slacko 5.3.5).

It might be worth reporting the PPM problems there, too. There's a big thread on package management on Puppy in general here-
