Good day
I am a bit experienced with bash scripting. My problem is, I have downloaded slacko puppy 5.3 and jre7u7 which I found here.
I also installed the java jre
Now my questions is,:
1) where do I put the minecraft_server.jar?
2) What do I write in the bash script file?
3) What do I add in the run action for minecraft_server.jar ?
4) How do I set puppy up, so that it can run dedicated server? I am not using a screen or keyboard on my server (its just a pc box, specs for my server is
P4 2.5ghz
512mb ddr2 ram
10gb HDD
I am using it for offline server just big enough for max 5 people to play.
Can anyone help me please? Iv read and tried everything I could find on the net. Iv tried with backtrack 5 earlier on but gave up eventually because no one helped me. Thank you.
