Is there a dev pet for Lucid?

I'm using Lucid Puppy 5.2.8.
I've got PureBasic 5 installed, but when I run the compiler, I get a gcc command not found.
Is there a dev pet that I need to download to get all the development tools?
I've looked here and can't seem to find it... http://distro.ibiblio.org/puppylinux/pe ... ges-lucid/
