Options for syncing to the cloud

#1 Post by rmcellig »

I am using Puppy Linux 5.2.8 on my laptop with a Frugal install.

I need to find a way to have my documents that I use for HTML code to sync to the cloud while I am working on them. Normally I would use Dropbox but because I have a Frugal install and like the idea of a frugal install Dropbox does not work in this kind of setup. Are there any other alternatives I can use like maybe Ubuntu One or other alternatives that work with a Frugal install of Puppy?

I have spent so much time trying to get Dropbox to work in a Frugal install that I just had to give up because it was taking me way too much time. The problem is that every time I restart my machine, Dropbox comes up with the dialog box for me to re enter my credentials so this is why I need to find another alternative that works.
