Clementine disabling my keyboard |
|
I just downloaded Clementine 0.7.1 r3362 from the Puppy Linux repos. As soon as I launch it, I am unable to use my keyboard. My keyboard only works in Clementine. As soon as I quite Clementine, my keyboard works again. What should I do? Is there a newer pet version of Clementine I should be using?
My Puppy distro is Puppy Linux 5.2.8

A more precise location of that download could seduce one or the other trying a reproduction of your problem I guess...

Thanks for the location
I have downloaded from http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=68537 to puppy lucid 525
and the only thing that I can do for you is confirm that keyboard is disabled when running Clementine-0.7.1-lucid525.pet. in lucid525, too.

I can confirm once that compiling something ( in this case freecraft ) in one window manager ( ie icewm ) when the mouse or keyboard grab is ok , it might not work as easy or flawless or same in another window manager ( ie jwm ) and vice versa .

rmcellig,
You need to set clementine's keyboard shortcuts to none.
Can you try uninstalling your current version, and try the one I uploaded here?
