Flash, Skype cause Acer Aspire wireless to crash

I've been using live puppy on usb drive and have noticed that wireless connection crashes quite often i.e. when I watch a programme on bbc player for instance wireless crashes every 20 minutes. But when I tried to use Skype wireless crashed almost immediately. My netbook is Acer aspire one aoa110-aw and I have never had this problem with other linux distros.

What do you mean, "crash?" After the wireless crashes, are you able to get it working again? If so, how?

I use Skype 2.1.0.81 without issues, it is an older version.

After the wireless crashes the status is still "connected" but it does not open any website. I have to repeat the setup procedure to get it up and running again.

I wonder if the problem could be somewhere in the DHCP server part of the router?
Just a thought; I really know nothing about it.
