wi-fi internet connection Subject description: no networks visible with netbook computer
I am trialling Puppy 4.2 on my Asus EeePC 4G using a USB memory stick. It all looks great except I can't connect to my router. Puppy isn't seeing any of the wi-fi signals in the area. I have a Netgear router with ethernet cable from a desktop computer so it's a permanent internet connection. I have been using Ubuntu 10.04 in my netbook and normally just click on the wireless icon to see a list of available connections enter the key and thats it.
Any advice would be gratefully received.
