Puppy2a: no dead key support for Belgian keyboard?

#1 Post by Béèm »

I have a Belgian keyboard and define it as such. (be)
But I can't use the dead-key support. ALT Graphics + a key.
So I can't enter the at sign in an e-mal address etc.......

This was working in 109CE.

Can I do anything myself to correct?

Forgot to say it is in puppy2alpha I have the problem

Puppy2 is alpha, so not yet everything works as expected.
You could try this:

Maybe the Puppy2-forum already found a proper solution:

I found a circumvention.
I created a text file with the at sign in it and if needed I copy/paste the at sign.
For the moment I can live without the dead-key support.

Also thanks for pointing to the puppy2 forum.
I'll report in there.
