Precise Puppy 5.4 - password not accepted

#1 Post by puplix »

Hi all,
at the first time shutdown of Precise Puppy 5.4 i choosed to heavy encrypt the personal file. Restarting Precise Puppy my given password was not accepted. I couldn't open my encrypted personal file. My partition in which the precisesave_crypta.3fs was saved is a ext3 file system. Also i choosed as the internal filesystem format of the precisesave_crypta.3fs ext3. After given the password I got the message: Can't mount file...

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance...

Thank you for your reply,
it seems your are right. I'll try it again choosing ext2 as the file system format.
Have a good day, bye
