Subject description: To resize several thousand pictures to 800 x 600

Is there any program that can convert multiple images to the same size at once?

There's PeasyScale. But it batch-scales to a percent of the original size, which is not quite what you want.

Not sure if this helps, but I'm specifically trying to get several thousand pictures all to the size of 800 x 600.
