How to compile sopcast-player-0.8.5?

my problem is that I do not know how to build and run dependencies.
How do you connect the dependencies in the file pet or sfs file?

-gettext
-python-setuptools

-hicolor-icon-theme

-python-gobject
-python-gtk2


==Build Instructions==
To install SopCast Player use the follow incantations (for system-wide installation be sure to do make install with root priveldges, e.g. sudo):
make
make install
