How To Make a new keymap - Tutorial

Hi,

I made a keymap and installed it two ways and tested it inside Slacko Puppy and Ubuntu. It is for romanized Singhala, very similar to Icelandic.

That experience was made into a tutorial and posted at the link below for you to read and catch any errors or misstatements. Otherwise, it seems to me as something that fulfils a need that many non-English users have. Please read it here:
