Im searching for libmspack-20060924.pet

This .pet used to be with Big-Bass, but thats been gone for a while now. did anyone keep it anywhere or did anyone mirrow BigBass. Ive tried various other similar Libmspack but there is something in this one, that i need, but without seeing it i dont know what it is... if that makes odd sense..
