Pet?? Webalizer is a web server log file analysis program used on web servers and is usually offered as an option by web hosts using Cpanel.
If you have a hosted web site I suggest you talk to your web host. Personally, I use Awstats rather than Webalizer on my server.

Sure. I used Webalizer for years in command line mode to analyze logs downloaded from various servers. The html and graphics are generated in a local folder and can be perused with a browser.
