Add Libre Office Writer to Taskbar a la 'quick launch' icon?
Menu > Desktop > JWM Configuration > Application Launch buttons in tray
asks for 'Name of executable'.
I am having trouble discovering what to type here. I've been through every other forum post on the matter, but they all relate to desktop icons or running the program from the command line. None of the commands work when entered into 'name of executable' field.
1.First of all you have to determine what is the executable name for your L.O. version:
Open terminal window, type libr and press tab (once, or if nothing happens - twice) - name will be complemented then.
In my case it's libreoffice3.5
2. You can type libreoffice3.5 --help to get additional command line arguments, like --writer or --calc.
3. Then type, eg. libreoffice3.5 or libreoffice3.5 --writer etc., into appropriate field.
(btw, an icon must be chosen too, or else button in tray won't show)
