Hallo,
Habe ein komisches Problem.
Hatte per Live-USB Puppy 5.4.2 Precise Puppy getestet. Alles iO. USB-Maus funktioniert fehlerfrei.
Nach HDD-Installation von Puppy geht die Maus plötzlich nicht mehr.
Aber warum? xorg.conf sind beide identisch. Das die Maus defekt ist kann ich ausschließen, da sie bei XP funktioniert.

Have a strange problem. Had per live USB Puppy 5.4.2 Precise Puppy tested. All iO. USB mouse functions flawlessly. After HDD installation of Puppy, the mouse goes suddenly no longer. But why are? xorg. conf both identical. That the mouse defectively is can I exclude because it functions in XP.

Hallo,
Nochmal was zu diesem Problem. Ausgangslage ist ein Netbook JVC MP-XP7230. Ist zwar älter, aber zum mobile sein reicht es. Dort wird per Grub Win XP & ein Linux gestartet. Ich schreibe Linux, da ich schon verschidene ausprobiert habe. Es kommt immer zum gleichen Phänomen.
Die Distri per Live-USB am Rechner gestartet. Optische USB-Maus geht. OK, dann bitte das System installieren, Neustart um von HDD zu booten, boom, Maus geht nicht mehr. Das rote Licht geht nicht an. Probier habe ich es jetzt schon mit Slitaz, DSL, DSL-N, Lazy Puppy & Precise Puppy 5.4.2.2. Immer das gleiche.
USB-Sticks werden aber ohne Probleme erkannt & können gelesen/beschrieben werden.
Im Bios habe ich schon geschaut, gibt keine Möglichkeit da etwas abzuändern. Warum geht es bei Win XP aber bei Linux nicht?
