How do you make the quickstart icon reappear in recent LO's?

Hello, gang.
How do you make the quickstart icon reappear in recent versionx of LibreOffice? (after v. 3.3)
There's no possbility for it in the "General | Memory" tab anymore.
It was quite handy, speedy, and not ram-hungry. Why was it chucked off?
