More than one controller with rejoystickCC

I'm using Puppy Arcade 10.

I have two USB controllers connected to my system and they are both being detected fine. I've gone through the joypad calibration program and all inputs are recognized on both controllers. When I open up rejoystickcc I can't seem to find a way to map the buttons of the second gamepad to keys. Only the first shows up as an option.

Alternatively, is there a way to map the gamepad buttons directly to an emulator without first mapping the gamepad to a keyboard key first?
