How to change the sound backspace makes when it runs out? Sub_title: Terminal warning bell |
|
I everyone,
I have a issue with my lupu 528. When i am pressing the backspace key to delete a letters from a dialog box, at the end when the cursor reach to empty the text-box it makes a sound(like a retro game, loud sound). That's a little annoying.
Please, someone knows how-to configure this?
Dell latitude d620
english keyboard
Thanks in advance.

Sound when i press backspace key |

Hi estuardol,
bark_bark_bark is correct, it is known as the terminal warning bell. To disable it in all applications
in bootmanager select the blacklist option then in the left hand window highlight pcspkr.Click on add then
click on O/K. Reboot making sure you save your session. (It only disables the sounder on the PC motherboard; you will still have audio)
