gvfsd-metadata 100% cpu use Sub_title: Any real solutions found?
Has anybody (sucessfully) wrestled with the 100% cpu use occasionally shown by gvfsd-metadata. I'm currently running 'lina-005 and when the fan notifys me just kill the process or delete the directory in /root/.local/... However I build up systems for other folks and this becomes an issue using any base new enough to use gvfs. 'lina uses the most recent release and searching, I find no real fix, just the kill/delete. Ok for us but a real user issue. Any thoughts? _________________ Pups currently in kennel X-slacko 2.2.1n, Lxpup-Tahr, and not to forget trusty Carolina/Carolite (now with 3.14.20 kernel).
