Adding MultiMonitor Support

I wish that in:

-Akita/Puppy 4.x
-Precise
-Slacko 5.4
-Lucid
-Wary/Racy
-ArchPup

there would be MultiMonitor Support. Also a gtkdialog2 utility would be nice too. I think Puppy has a lot of obsolete code, but the part about monitor support is just so 1995 (before multimonitor support was even thought of in any OS). Please add multimonitor support, so Puppy is a bit less obselete.

also check your video drivers configuration.
Ndivia drivers can set that up automatically. Same with intel, I believe. I'm not sure about ATI, but I think I've read they can configure it in a similar fashion as nvidia. (through a gui interface)
